Processing times vary by method. Standard bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally faster. VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing as part of the VIP programme.
pak555 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests as part of fraud prevention procedures. During any such review, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold. We will communicate the reason and expected timeline to you promptly.
All account balances, bets, winnings and bonuses are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by pak555 on standard PKR transactions. If your payment method processes in a different currency at source, your provider's conversion rate and any associated fees are outside pak555's control.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general conditions set out below.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier and any game restrictions applicable to a particular bonus are displayed in the promotion details. Different game categories may contribute at different rates towards wagering completion — Fish Games, Slot Games and Bingo may have different contribution percentages.
pak555 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, deliberately placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, using mathematical strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional structures, and coordinating with other players to share or combine bonus balances.
Where bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided. In serious cases, the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiry date of any bonus you accept.
